"The first to open and the last to close," Brule is the best bet for great snow early in the season. Don't waste time waiting for the snow to accumulate in Chicago, jump on the Friar bus and join us for a great weekend in the U.P.

This weekend is always a whole lot of fun. Skiers who haven't seen each other all summer get reacquainted and meet ‘first timers’ who will quickly become new friends. There are lessons available for those who have never tried skiing before and those who feel a little bit rusty. Join us. You won't regret it.

We'll be sharing this bus with another ski club, Pine Point. Our new motto is: two ski clubs, twice the fun. It is also the first CMSC race weekend of the year for those skiers who would like to experience the thrill of victory and/or the agony of defeat. (From my personal experience... skiing is FUN, racing is FUN, winning is FUN, and losing isn't really that big of a deal. And I know. I lose a lot, but I do beat my brother sometimes! Give it a try. You have nothing to lose.)

The trip includes:
Round-trip transportation in VCR equipped motor coach
Departure from both the DePaul/Lincoln Park area (6:30 pm) and
the Dominick's at Cumberland and the Kennedy (7:00 pm)
